Sweet Freedom Farm was established in 2022 on 18 beautiful acres. We’re nestled up against Golden Gate Canyon State Park on our own little slice of heaven.

My name is Sara! I am a former bakery owner of almost 10 years, now turned Farm to Heart Business & Life Alignment Coach. I turned a bad business burnout into my calling and passion. With the help of our rescue animals, I guide you back to what brings your heart joy and lights your soul on fire. I believe your business and your life should be in alignment with one another, and not competing. I believe animals and nature are great teachers. I believe creativity plants seeds of growth.

I’m a little bit tree hugger, whole lot of animal lover, and so many more things that make me who I am today.
